1.  Q: I am looking for a Ditz Designs product not found on your site.  Can you help me?
     A: Because of our proximity and unique relationship to Ditz Designs products we will try to locate special requests.
 
2.  Q: I would like to purchase a gift for my aunt who lives in another state.  Can you send the gift right to her?
     A: Sure we can.  We will even send a gift card in your name and any special message to them on your behalf.
 
3.  Q:  If I need a gift to arrive to a destination faster, would you send it express or next day?
    A: Yes, we can, but please email us before ordering to obtain those prices.
 
4.  Q: Are you an authorized Ditz Designs sales rep?
     A: Yes, we are and have been proudly selling their quality products for the past several years.
 
5.  Q:  Do you combine shipping costs when more than one item is purchased?
     A: Yes, we do combine shipping costs for multiple small items purchased at the same time going to the same address. Please see Our Policy link.
 
6.  Q:  What happens if I am unhappy with my purchase?
     A:  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  If you are not completely satisfied with our product you are welcomed to return it within five days of receipt in original condition for a full refund.  We do not refund shipping.
 
7.  Q:  What service do you use for the larger items like Father Christmas?
     A:  We ship via UPS. UPS requires a physical address for delivery, as these shippers do not deliver to a post office box.
