PAYMENTS: Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept Pay Pal and any of their major credit cards, US or Postal Money Orders, or Certified Bank Checks. We will accept Personal Checks with the understanding we will not ship your item until the check has cleared.
SECURITY: Please know that any and all confidential information you, our customers, give us will be safe with us. We do not trade information or sell your name to other companies.
GUARANTEE: Rustic Homes carries a 100% guarantee so if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receipt. Do not ship back until we contact you. You will be responsible to ship back your purchase in the original carton and all returns must be in original condition. You will than receive your full purchase price when it is received and checked.
DAMAGE: We take great pride to ensure your purchases are packed well to prevent damage. If damage does occur in shipping, please notify the shipping carrier immediately and follow their directions then contact us.
SHIPPING REFUNDS: If for whatever reason you are charged more than what you purchase ships for, you will receive a refund and be notified by e-mail. We charge actual shipping.
PRODUCTS IN STOCK: Rustic Homes may not have some products on hand for all items shown in our store at all times. However, due to our proximity to The Hen House we will do our very best to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. We will inform you immediately if there is a stock issue. You will be given the option of a full refund or to select another item.
